The St. Luke's Medical Center Foundation, Inc. (SLMCFI) was established on 28 August 2012 as a non-stock, non-profit organization and serves as the corporate social responsibility arm of St. Luke's Medical Center. It is an offshoot of the hospital that takes its roots in 1903 as a small clinic providing free medical services to the poor.

The Foundation also supports four foundational pillars to drive its vision and mission:
• Social Service: Enables underserved Filipinos equitable access to world class medical services at little or no cost to them.
• Medical Outreach: Provides free specialized care, surgeries, and skilled medical services to indigent and remote populations, allowing Filipinos to recover and continue contributing to their communities.
• Medical Education: Supports the development of doctors through scholarships and continuing medical education, ensuring a sustainable workforce of healthcare professionals to care for future generations.
• Medical Research: Drives innovation to advance healthcare excellence and transparency, creating a knowledge-sharing environment that benefits the entire aging population.
