From February 16–18, Ayala Foundation, in partnership with MDC through CONQxST, conducted a three-day NC II Carpentry Training for members of the Iraya Mangyan community in Talipanan Village, Puerto Galera. Through a blend of classroom learning and hands-on practice, participants gained essential carpentry skills aligned with industry standards.
Kuya Lenito shared, “Hindi na po ako mahihiya kung mapasok man ako sa construction kahit ako ay katutubo dahil po sa kaalamang aking nakuha sa aming mga sessions.”
